In order to ensure a petition's commitment to our stated overlying values and goals, we ask that you (and your team):

1. Create a brief summary on the current conversation regarding criminal justice on your campus.
2. Identify your school's investment office and any policy on socially responsible investing as well as past divestments.
3. Draft your petition and show proof of support from individuals, campus organizations and/or faculty.
