Thank you for your interest in the 2023 ASICS Falmouth Road Race Numbers for Nonprofits Program! Please fill out the following application to apply. Upon completion of the application, you will be emailed a summary of your responses and a link to edit as needed. This application must be completed by October 31st in order to be considered for participating in the program. Notification of your program status will be sent to everyone no later than December 31st.

I understand that, if accepted, a member of my team who is directly involved with the management of my 2023 runners MUST attend our kick-off meeting in early 2023 (Date TBD). And that team captains will be held accountable for the information given in the kick-off meeting. *

I understand that a Wheelchair Duo (runner pushing someone in a wheelchair) may NOT be entered in the 2023 race through the Numbers for Nonprofits Program. I further understand that Duo teams must apply in the designated "Wheelchair Duo" category during the registration window of May 1 - May 17, 2023.  Duos may be subject to a random selection process, pending field size. *
