Fall 2021 TRBA Meeting Registration
Please complete the registration information ASAP.  Persons NOT registered by Thursday, October 21st at 4 PM may not be able to reserve space to meet.  The meeting is at Hopkins Chapel.  Begins at 6:30 PM.  

All messengers and quests MUST be registered by 4 PM Thursday, October 21st to reserve space.  PLEASE NOTE---several users have stated they can not complete this document.  If you cannot, simply send an email to dougald@tarriverbaptist. com with the information.

Just in case you cannot see the questions, provide the following info in the email:

1.  Your name and the name of the church you are representing at the meeting
2.  List whether you are an elected messenger/alternate messenger/non-voting member coming as a guest/the pastor, interim, or transitional pastor....
3.  You are a TRBA Leader, but not an elected messenger from your church
4.  You are a TRBA Staff member
5.  State that you understand by providing your email and/or mobile number you understand that you are giving TRBA permission to contact you using these methods.
6.  If you have a resolution and/or a motion to bring to the association, please write it out in the email and have to us by October 10th

If your church has alternate messengers, please list the names of current alternate messengers approved by the church.  This is needed to confirm alternate information in the event registered messengers are not able to attend the Fall Meeting,
