Survey On E-Participation Of E-Government Services Through Social Media Platform

Assalamualaikum and Greetings Sir/Madam,

For your information, we are conducting a study which is funded by the Ministry of Higher Education, Malaysia entitled “An E-Participation Success Model for Improving Malaysian E-Government Services Through Social Media Platforms.” This study aims to assess the factors that influence E-Participation to improving Malaysian e-government services through social media platforms.

Malaysians who “follow” or “likes” government agencies’ social media, e.g., Kementerian Pendidikan, Kementerian Kesihatan, Jabatan Penerangan, Pejabat Daerah, Pejabat Pendidikan, Sekolah, etc. on any social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, etc., are expected to answer this questionnaire.

This questionnaire consists of two sections. Section A consists of the questions regarding your demographic profile. Section B consists of some statements about Information Quality, System Quality, Service Quality, Net Benefits, User Satisfaction, E-Participation Intention, Trust, Nationalism, and  Anonymity. 

The items for this questionnaire are prepared in English and Malay. Your feedback is confidential, and your participation is voluntary. Thanks in advance for your participation, and we appreciate it very much.
