Welcome to the Ishpeming Carnegie Public Library's "Tween/Teen Titles and Treats" program! This is a monthly personalized book bag program that will include a library book chosen by our staff based on your responses to the questions below. The book will be checked out to you for 3 weeks, but you are able to renew it. In addition to the book, there will be 3 surprises that will be included, which could range from food to craft supplies. You can keep the extra surprises, but you will need to return the book. This form is open to ages 9+.
How it works:
1. Fill out the form below telling us about your reading preferences. The more information that you give us, the better we will be able to find a book that you will hopefully enjoy.
2. Once you submit the form, then we will work to pick out a book for you!
3. You will be notified when the personalized bag is ready.
5. Read the book and enjoy the surprises! Fill out the review sheet that is included in your bag and return it to the library. The review sheet automatically signs you up for another personalized bag.
* A library card is needed to check out the book, but if you don't have a library card, just give us a call or visit us and we will sign you up!
