Print Order Form (With Grace Photography)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORDERING PRINTS:

Step 1: Visit withgracephoto.com/prints to view all of the print options.

Step 2: Click on the image of the print you would like to order. On the right hand side you will see a number (if you're on a phone, the number will be below the photo once you select it). Use this number to fill out the form below in the section asking for which print you want to order.

Step 3: Fill in every section of this form. You can record multiple orders in the paragraph, tell me a size for each individual print you would like to order.

Step 4: eTransfer your money (PRINT COST + SHIPPING (if choosing pickup, do not pay for shipping) = TOTAL COST) to gracewphoto@gmail.com to confirm and place your order.

5x7: $8
8x10: $15
12x18: $30
Shipping: $7
Pick Up: Free

eTransfer Example: To order an 8x10 and have it mailed to me: 15 + 5 = $20 sent to gracewphoto@gmail.com
