I give permission for my child to attend Wolf Ridge Environmental Learning Camp on May 6-8th with Providence Academy Middle School staff and using coach bus transportation from Holt-Peterson Bus.  I agree to pay Providence Academy $225 through my lunch/tuition account.   My child and I will attend a mandatory information session before the trip (on Wed. April 20) and will support the rules deemed appropriate by the Wolf Ridge and Providence Academy staff for the safety and well-being of all the students.  If my child decides not to go on the trip, fees will be refunded only if another student can take their place.  Students placed on a waiting list will not have fees deducted unless they are able to go on the trip.
