We are so excited for this year's Summer Recital: Welcome to the Ball. We hope you will join us for this special show at Vacaville performing Arts Theater.

Please fill out 1 form per student:

Recital Week 2024
Monday, June 17th - Sunday, June 23rd
Rehearsals: Tuesday, June 18th and Wednesday, June 19th
Location: Vacaville Performing Arts Theater

First Deadline: Friday, February 9th
Registration Fee: $65
Costume Fee: $85 (costume fee is for each class dancer is performing in)

Second Deadline: Friday, February 23rd
Registration Fee: $65
Costume Fee: $95 (costume fee is for each class dancer is performing in)

Final Deadline: Friday, March 8th
Registration Fee: $65
Costume Fee: $105 (costume fee is for each class dancer is performing in)

Payments are due when registration is submitted and are timestamped.
Registration Fee $35 for each additional student registered.

Recital Commitment and Attendance

Class attendance from now until recital day is very important.

We want to make sure each and every dancer feels confident when recital weekend arrives. Each dance is choreographed with specific formations, counts, and in some cases partner work that heavily relies on each dancer being in class each and every week. In addition to making your dancers' attendance in class a top priority, we highly encourage dancers to practice their recital routines at home.

Failure to attend class regularly may result in the removal of a dancer from their dance.

I confirm that I or my child are in good health. I understand the nature of the activity in which my child or I shall participate. I will in no way hold Dixon Dance Studio, the instructor, employees, or owners responsible for any accident, illness or injury that may occur at the studio or any other venues which students may perform at. Dixon Dance Studio is not liable for damaged or lost property. Each student reserves the right to decline any activity. You are also granting Dixon Dance Studio the right to use any photos or videos taken during the rehearsal or performance to be used to promote the recital either on the website, flyers, programs or promotional materials.  

I am aware that the teacher and studio owner reserve the right to remove a dancer from the performance for any reason, including, but not limited to: poor attendance, inability to learn the choreography, disrespectful behavior in class.
