As the Diversity Consultant for Omega Phi Alpha, I am looking forward to potentially spending time with you to learn more about your experience with OPA. As you all know, we released a diversity & inclusion survey in the fall of 2020.

Focus groups will allow me to learn more about your experience as a Member. Each focus group will be conducted via Zoom for one hour. No one from OPA's leadership team will be present, and information will not be shared directly with the National leadership team. My goal is to create a safe, brave space to allow Members to share their thoughts and feelings openly and candidly.

There are several dates and times below for the focus groups. There will be limited slots for each of the focus groups to allow for rich conversation. Once you choose a date, I will email you a calendar invite with a Zoom link.

If you are unable to join in on a focus group but want to share your thoughts, there are questions below for that.
