~ The purpose of this form is to ensure we have your details to send you through your child's photo gallery via an online gallery.  If we don't have your email, you will not be able to access your childs photos when they become available
~ Photo purchases can be made upon viewing your child's gallery
~ Your online gallery will be ready for viewing in approx 4 weeks from when the photographer/s visit your centre.
~ Rhiannon Matthews Photography will NOT share your child's images on any social media platforms, website or marketing material without any prior written consent by the parent/guardian
