Welcome to the Married to Politics (MTP) inaugural Fantasy Presidential Cabinet game!

As we all await inauguration day on January 20, 2021, we figured we could avoid scrolling Twitter and have some fun making our best guess as to who will serve in the Joe Biden Administration's Presidential Cabinet.

So what is the President's Cabinet? The Cabinet is an advisory body made up of the heads of the 15 executive departments. Appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate, the members of the Cabinet are often the President’s closest confidants. In addition to running major federal agencies, they play an important role in the Presidential line of succession — after the Vice President, Speaker of the House, and Senate pro tempore (most senior member of the majority party), the line of succession continues with the Cabinet offices in the order in which the departments were created. All the members of the Cabinet take the title Secretary, except the head of the Justice Department, who is known as the Attorney General. Rules: Below you will make your best guess as to who President-Elect Biden will appoint for the members of his Cabinet. For every correct guess, you will receive 10 points. The person with the most correct guesses is the winner.

Bonus Round: There are also 7 positions that have the status of Cabinet-rank. You will get 10 bonus points each for correctly guessing the White House Chief of Staff and the nominee for heads of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Management & Budget (OMB), United States Trade Representative (USTR), United States Mission to the United Nations, Council of Economic Advisers, and the Small Business Administration.
