Memenuhi Persaratan :
1. Fotocopy Kwitansi bimbingan dan seminar
2. Menyertakan halaman Persetujuan SEMPRO, ditandatangani pembimbing dan Kaprodi
3. Menyertakan hasil skrining plagiasi dari Lembaga Penelitian, Publikasi, dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (LPPPM)
4. Menyertakan foto copy Sertifikat UPTQ Stempel Basah/ untuk Fakultas Syariah.
5. Menyertakan foto copy Sertifikat KMD
6. Menyertakan foto copy Piagam PBAK
7. Menyertakan print out Kartu Hasil Studi semester akhir.
Pembayaran dapat dilakukan di seluruh BMT Artha Buana atau Pembayaran melalui transfer ke Rekening Bank Syari`ah Mandiri (BSM) No.Rekening 701.454.543.8 a.d IAIMNU Metro Lampung
