Clinic coverage deposit:

$20 fee for gallery upload, you will receive a coupon for $15 towards digital images of your choice from your gallery.

+Upon completion of this form, an invoice will be emailed to you for your deposit.
+All deposits are non-refundable

+Images retain a small brand watermark
+Personal print release up to an 8x10
+Please allow 3-5 business days for your gallery images to be uploaded.

+Addt'l images purchased within the first 5 days of gallery upload receive 15% off! This makes individual images $25 ea. Bundle package discounts are available as well. (Pick 3, 5, 10 bundles)

+Please be aware that screen-shotting or obtaining your images through any other means than a lawful purchase is in violation of US Copyright Law and is THEFT.
