2023 HAYS Back to School Fair 

Back to school is an exciting time as families prepare for another year of learning and fun. It can also be financially stressful. This year, Hannibal School District is partnering with Hannibal Alliance for Youth Success (HAYS) to host a Back to School Fair to help get free supplies into the hands of Hannibal students. The Fair is open to businesses and community groups as a means to reach our families in one place at one time. We are uniting to make a difference for kids in our community, and need YOUR help to make it happen.

The event will be held on Saturday, August 12 from 8-11 am in the gym of Hannibal Middle School, 4700 McMasters Ave, Hannibal MO 63401.

Would you like to be a Sponsor of the Event for $300?
As a Corporate Sponsor, for $300, you will receive a vendor table at the event, thank you on HPS communication platforms, and your company logo will be printed on the drawstring bags used to distribute free school supplies that day. This first year, we are hoping to pass out school supplies to 300 students.

We ask that you bring a school supply that can be passed out at your table in addition to your promotional items and information you plan to distribute that day. You can bring as many school supplies as your budget allows. (recommended between 100 and 300 items)

Would you like to be a vendor at the event?

Registration fee for businesses is only $50 ($100 if you need access to electricity). Additional tables may be purchased for only $30.

The fees are used directly to purchase school supplies that are given to students in bags at the Fair. 

Registration for non-profit groups is only $25 ($100 if you need access to electricity)

This is sure to be a great event; provided with your registration is one table, two chairs, and a sign.
