ACRE Supervisor Form of Commitment
As part of the registration process, the supervisor of each participant must sign and submit this supervisor form of commitment by April 25, agreeing that the registered participant will be authorized to devote an average of four hours per week to attend trainings and complete quizzes, discussion boards, activities and field assignments, in addition to the live scheduled Zoom meetings. 

Any missed portion of the program may result in additional fees for makeup sessions, or the inability to earn a certificate.

These live sessions include either the in person OR virtual workshop dates:

If registered for the virtual Workshop series, 9am-11am:
  • May 14 – Module 1 
  • May 21 – Module 2 
  • May 28 – Module 2 
  • June 4 – Module 3 
  • June 25 – Module 3 
  • July 2 – Module 4 
  • (Participants who miss a portion of the virtual Workshop series may choose to attend that portion of the in-person workshop at no additional cost, this is the ONLY free makeup session offered for the virtual workshop series. Additional costs may apply for meals provided during the in-person workshop)
If registered for the In-Person Workshop:
  • July 8-9 9am - 4pm at the Incompass Michigan Building in Lansing. 
  • (There are no free makeup sessions offered for the in-person workshop)
If registered for the certificate program, registrants are required to attend one of the Workshop options above in addition to the dedicated certificate sessions held virtually 9am-11am::
  • July 30 - Module 1
  • August 8 - Module 2
  • August 20 - Module 2
  • September 3 - Module 3 
  • September 17 - Module 3 
  • October 1 - Module 4
  • October 15 - Module 4 
  • October 29 - Make up Session (this is if an additional day is needed in case a session is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances) 
*If you supervise multiple registrants, a separate form is required for each registrant.
