A receipt would be used if you itemize on your taxes. As a reminder, I donate everything to the Animal Lifeline of Iowa Thrift Shop. At this time, I am only accepting clients who do not want their items back. This is because I have a lot of listings and don't have room to hold items that a client has not picked up.

I donate all unsold items to the Animal Lifeline of Iowa Thrift Store. I will hold items for two months before donating, and I will be communicative throughout the entire process. After the first month of being listed, I will start to decrease the listing price by 10% in hopes of a sale, which may mean it goes for a very low price.
