Entry Specifications
Open to all attendees to the ITHERM 2019 conference

One application and art entry per person; application must be submitted by May 06th

Must be original work created by the applicant

Must submit electronic version of image or artwork by April 29th
  - email your entry to ithermpostersession@gmail.com with subject heading "Art in Science"
  - Include your name and a caption for the entry in the submission
  - must be in PDF or JPEG format
  - minimum of 200 DPI print quality
  - file size not to exceed 25MB

Prints for on-site display must be brought by the applicant; prints must not exceed 18 inches on any side and must be no smaller than 8 inches on any side

Must be related to the topics and tracks of the conference

Need not be from a paper submitted to the conference
