This sign up process is required by all participants BEFORE taking part in their first class.

Information gathered includes general participant information, medical needs, emergency contacts, fitness/activity questionnaire and a participation agreement.

This data will not be shared without your explicit permission to anyone outside of Aspire Parkour Academy and on a need to know basis with our staff.
