Prime Titleholder Scholarship Form 
Please answer the questions below and submit as soon as possible in the month of April. We will be granting scholarships until May 31st if your application has been granted. It is in Prime's sole discretion to who and when a scholarship is awarded and to what extent one is granted based on the answers and circumstances provided. IMPORTANT: There will be additional costs associated with competing in the pageant and being associated with Prime that should be taken into consideration.

Details of Scholarship: Titleholder will still be responsible for signing all agreements, participating in all required meetings, etc. and paying all additional dues, independent of this scholarship. This is a financial scholarship in nature only outlined below:   *
I acknowledge and agree to the following statements to be considered for the scholarship.
You will receive a $500 scholarship to go towards your upfront nationals dues.
You will owe $277 upfront which will cover your custom crown and sash before you can officially become a state/regional titleholder.
If chosen for the scholarship, You will not receive a refund of dues once you become a titleholder.
There will be minimums due to Prime July 31, 2023. You will have to buy one program book. You will need to get at least 50 votes in People's Choice ($1 per vote). You will need to purchase at least 1 page in the program book. ($250)
