Break Free: How to Eat Intuitively & Obsess Less About Food
Make your last diet your last diet. In this 10-week Intuitive Eating group coaching program you will learn how to eat without guilt, begin re-building body trust, and discover the satisfaction that comes from cultivating more food flexibility. 

This group is part book club, part support group, part self-study. We'll cover 1 principle per week and each week will include:
  • A reading assignment from the Intuitive Eating book,
  • A learning module accessed through the program portal with reflection questions and supplementary videos and resources to support your learning and application of the content, and
  • A 60-minute live group Zoom call to discuss questions, share observations, and offer support to one another as it relates to the content being covered that week.
