Volunteering at The Gateway is a fantastic way to get involved with the campus community and learn amazing skills in writing, editing, interviewing, and much more!
You can sign up for as many sections as you would like, and we'll add you to our mailing list and volunteer database. When you sign up, you'll recieve weekly pitch emails with some great article ideas that you could write about - just respond to the email to take a pitch you like. Or better yet, come to our weekly pitch meetings to hear the latest pitches, give your own ideas for a story, and meet the staff and other volunteers.
Volunteering is also a flexible committment - write when you want for the sections you want!
