In August 2021, Student Diversity Data reports were uploaded to the Program Review Archive of each department at Westmont College. These reports were created with the intent of helping departments assess progress toward equity and diversity. The PRC provided you with the graduation and retention rates, grades in introductory courses, and GPAs by semester disaggregated by race, gender, and first generation status. Your department received the individual departmental report on the final semester grades assigned to students during the 2020-21 school year in introductory courses that were identified by the department; the report on selected courses across all academic departments; and Grade Histogram for all departments.

To determine and ensure the value of these reports, the Program Review committee appreciates the feedback from each department chair through the completion of the survey questions below.
