THE COMMUNITY POP UP SHOP

This is a legal and binding agreement between "The Community Pop Up Shop" or "we" and you " The Vendor" or "you". By becoming a Vendor for The Community Pop Up Shop you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1) WHAT YOU CAN SELL IN THE POP UP SHOP

These are the categories of products you can place for sale in the pop up event.

Bath & Body

Hair & Beauty

Clothing

Food

Toys

Books

Home & Decor

2) WHAT WE WILL DO FOR YOU

The following are all included in your fees.

2.1 SOCIAL MEDIA PROMOTION

We will do our best to feature Vendors on our Social Media Platforms

We will promote your products in a number of ways

We will do our best to feature Vendors bio and brand story

Events/General Paid Ads will be created at our discretion

We will try our best to work with the event space: Beauty Hub to boost the social medial post

2.2 EVENT SPACE

We will provide a separate space for you to set up your 6 foot table

Your space will have an electrical outlet

2.3 IN STORE PROMOTION

We will provide an in-store flyer for event promotion

Flyers will be distributed to clients upon check out

3) COST TO YOU

Your payment to us is for Vendor Rental fee

4) READY TO GET STARTED?

Sign the Letter of Acceptance and send us the security deposit.

As the spaces are limited and we have an excess of vendor's application per table, accepted applications will be dealt with on a first come first served basis.

THE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS DUE IMMEDIATELY TO SECURE YOUR VENDOR SPACE

-Security deposit is $75 for the full day of the event pop up shop

5) RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE VENDOR

a) SETUP

- The Beauty Hub opens at 9:30am; you have 60 minutes to set up your table display, merchandise and event space.

-The event will begin welcoming clients into the Beauty Hub at 10:30 am

- Please do not stick anything on the walls or the floor

- 2 sided sticky table is permitted

- Please leave the space as found it, clean your area, take all your belongings with you and leave the space, neat and tidy

- Please bring an empty trash bag with you to collect any trash when you are leaving

b) FOOD

- Food Vendors are permitted

- Proper labelling and expiry dates must be on the products

c) FASHION

- Please include care instructions, size and tags with brand name

- there is no space available for trying on clothes and there are no fitting rooms available

d) AROMATHERAPY

- Candles - Please include labels with safety instructions and directions for use

- Skin Car - Please include all ingredients, allergic reactions and directions of use on labels

e) TOYS

- All toys must have choking hazards labelled on the item

f) BEAUTY/NAILS/HAIR

- Label: Please include safety, allergic reactions and how to use instructions

g) SAMPLES/TESTERS

- Please have samples of your products available for the clients

- Do not sell samples or testers due to health reasons

h) SEAL YOUR PRODUCTS

- Vendors agree to seal their products such as bottles, creams. We will not be held liable for any leakage or damage to the products as a result

i) BE RESPECTFUL

Vendors must be respectful to other vendors, customers, organizers at the physical event. At the pop up event please be aware of the clients. Please be respectful and professional at all times. We do not tolerate bullying, harassment and intimidation. We reserve the right to terminate the agreement at our discretion.

6) RIGHTS WE RESERVE

We will not be held liable for any leakage or damage to the products

7) CANCELLATION

The Community Pop Up Shop shall not issue refunds for Vendors Cancellations, once the Agreement has been accepted.

Deposits are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable

If you wish to withdraw before the pop up shop event is launched, no monies will be refunded

Vendor Space are non-transferable
