At this time each year, we invite submissions to our Members Show & Sale (https://snapartists.com/exhibition/snap-members-show-sale-2019/). All proceeds from this important event support and sustain our exhibitions and education programming and your support is a vital part of our continued success as an organization. Our fundraising goals are extra ambitious this year as we work toward building a new, professional quality facility that we will all be proud to call SNAP's home for the next 20 years!

This event provides an excellent opportunity for artists to sell their work and for the public to purchase quality prints and print-related work. Proceeds can be shared 50/50 between the artist and SNAP or 100% can be donated to SNAP if you’re feeling extra generous. With SNAP's Spring 2020 move in mind, and considering the major costs of renovating our new facility, we are asking artists to please consider donating 100% of the sale of 1 work. Either way, we are grateful to our artists for taking part in the sale and making a charitable contribution to our collective cause.

We encourage all SNAP Artists & Members to submit up to five works. Multiple sales of a print from the same edition will count as one work. The event promotes the purchase of art as gifts, so prints priced between $50 and $500 are ideal. Artists set the price of their work. If you have any questions about pricing, please contact us.

Works must be ready to hang: framed work tends to sell better but work backed with matboard and clear cello-wrapped is also acceptable. SNAP retains the right to refuse any works that do not meet professional presentation standards. Please feel free to call the Gallery at 780.423.1492 or email snap@snapartists.com with any questions. The artist agrees with the following: *

Fifty percent (50%) of all sales will go to SNAP to support exhibition and education programming. This donation will be deducted from the selling price listed at the bottom of this document. Payments owing by SNAP to the artist will be processed within 30 days of the end of the sale (DEC.14th) and will be mailed to the artist name and address on this agreement. Prints must be presentation ready. SNAP cannot incur costs for presentation, as this is a fundraising event. SNAP reserves the right to refuse any work not meeting these standards. Reasonable care will be given in the handling of the work. Should a work be damaged beyond repair or lost by SNAP while on SNAP premises the work will be treated as sold and the artist’s portion will be paid.

All works not sold will be picked up from SNAP gallery between December 17th - 21st 2019
