St. Agnes Academy Alumnae Association                     2022 Hall of Fame Nomination Form
The St. Agnes Academy Alumnae Association is honored to recognize outstanding St. Agnes Academy women who are making a difference in their community. A candidate for the St. Agnes Academy Hall of Fame is a woman who meets the following criteria:

*Commands respect within her career, civic or charitable endeavors
*Devoted to the mission of St. Agnes Academy
*Exemplifies the standards instilled at St. Agnes Academy
*St. Agnes Academy graduate (not mandatory)

The current Hall of Fame members will vote after reviewing all nominations. The recipients will be announced in December and honored at the 21st Annual Hall of Fame Reception on Friday, January 21st at 6:00 p.m.

You may nominate more than one person for this special honor.  Please return your completed nomination form by Friday, November 5th to Maggie Leone Glaser, SAA ’05. You may submit nominations via this Google Form, mailed in to St. Agnes Academy, 4830 Walnut Grove Road, Memphis, TN, 38117 or email mglaser@saa-sds.org.
