We hope that this communication finds you and your family in good health. We are pleased to inform you that CUSD is offering our in-person SUMMER BLAST! Program for students in grades 6th and 7th.
This summer school program is a great opportunity  to address your student's academic needs in the areas of reading and mathematics,  while also engaging him/her in a variety of activities such as coding, robotics, virtual field trips, visual arts, research, and projects.
Summer school will be held Monday through Friday, starting  on June 21st through July 30th and students will be engaged in learning from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.  We will provide breakfast and lunch. During this time  students will have the opportunity to work both with teachers and tutors (as a whole class or in small groups) as well as independently.
It is very important that you confirm with us whether your child WILL or WILL NOT participate  in summer school.

Esperamos que tanto usted como su familia se encuentren en buen estado de salud. ¡Nos complace informarle que CUSD está ofreciendo nuestro Programa de Escuela de Verano, SUMMER BLAST! La escuela de verano sera en persona para los estudiantes del grado 6 y 7.
Este programa es una gran oportunidad para abordar las necesidades académicas que su hijo/a pueda tener en las áreas de lectura y matemáticas, al tiempo que participa en una variedad de actividades como programación, robótica,  excursiones virtuales, arte, investigación y proyectos.
La escuela de verano tendrá lugar de lunes a viernes, del 21 de junio al 30 de julio, y los estudiantes participarán en el aprendizaje de 8:00 a.m. a 2:30 p.m. Serviremos desayuno y almuerzo. Durante este tiempo, los estudiantes tendrán la oportunidad de trabajar tanto con los maestros y tutores (ya sea el grupo completo o en grupos pequeños) o de manera independiente.
