Please fill out and submit application form. You may choose your first choice and additionally a second choice in the event the first choice is already booked.  Applications will be taken on a first come, first serve basis. You may type your name in the signature line.  We will confirm your reservation and invoice you for your $600 deposit. It is due within 10 days of confirmation to hold your spot. Your trip balance is due May 15 unless otherwise specified.  We accept checks, cash, ACH payments via invoicing and credit cards.  Credit cards can be taken over the phone and will be charged a 3.5% convenience fee. 

Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Trip balances are due May 15 unless otherwise specified and non-refundable after this date. We do not issue refunds for any reason. This includes but is not limited to: route changes due to wildfires, smoke, floods, trail conditions, or unprecedented weather events.  We do not give refunds if personal health inhibits you from participating on a trip including exposure to an airborne virus or illness.

Because of this, we STRONGLY recommend you protect your investment and purchase trip insurance.  When looking for insurance, make sure to ask about the company’s backcountry evacuation coverage.  Contact us if you have questions.
