Registration for Polychamps III qualifiers
Polychamps III is the 3rd edition of the big EPFL-ETH clash ! This year, 8 players from EPFL will be sent to Zürich to play an over-the-board match with the ETH team, streamed and commented by former Swiss n°1 GM Sebastian Bogner. Time control : 60 min + 30 seconds/move. The non qualified players will still be able to participate in the traditional online battle.

Qualifiers : Thu 13, Tue 18, Thu 20 October 2022. Be in CM1 105 at 19:30, the tournaments will start soon after.

- Mixed qualifiers (first leg):
Thu 13 and Tue 18 are the mixed qualifiers. You can register to each one to have two attempts. They are limited to 40 players (if you register to only one tournament you will have priority, if you register to both and the limits are reached we will register you to only one).
Format : 5 min + 2 seconds/move, 7 rounds.
The top 4 of each tournament advances to the second leg..

- Mixed qualifiers (second leg) :
Thursday 20 October. Cup format with loser bracket. 15 min + 10 seconds/move.

- Women qualifiers :
You can register to the mixed qualifiers AND the women qualifiers.
Thursday 20 October, around 15 min + 10 seconds/move as well, format to be determined.

- 4 players will be selected through mixed qualifiers, 1 through the women qualifiers, and 3 chosen by the committee. The final team must include at least two female players.
