Re: Petition of Martial Law Survivors
We support the petition of Martial Law Survivors for the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) to implement the non-monetary reparation as provided by Section 5 of the RA 10368 also known as the “Human Rights Victims’ Reparation and Recognition Act of 2013”.
The DSWD is tasked to provide non-monetary reparations to victims and survivors of martial law as written in the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signed in 2015 by the DSWD with the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) and the Human Rights Victims’ Claims Board (HRVCB).

You also agree to the Memorandum of Agreement signed by the concerned parties, namely: DepEd, HRVCB, CHR, and the HRVVMC.
