Eligibility and Terms
The video contest is open only to Illinois residents in grades 9-12. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these contest rules.

Submissions will be accepted October 1 through 10:00 p.m. November 1, 2021. Late entries will not be accepted.

Each participant or group may submit one video. Signed release forms of each individual appearing in the video is required. A signed parental consent form will be required for all individuals under the age of 18.

All writing, images, and audio in the video must be created by the entrant or be royalty-free, common use, or in the public domain. The Wilmette Public Library has permission to display and promote the contest submissions as per the Contest Release form.

All videos must:
Be no longer than 5 minutes
Have a horror or Halloween theme
Contain no strong language or adult content (rated G to PG-13)
Adhere to copyright laws
