Dear Parents, please nominate yourself or another Lyndale parent to be elected as a member of our School Site Council ( SSC) and/or English Language Advisory Committee ( ELAC) by filling out this form. 

SSC: A committee of  parents that works with the school principal /other team members to plan for the needs of the school.
