Thank you for your interest in assisting with the 7th annual St. Paul Fall 5K & Fun Run. This race is successful because of the attentive and caring volunteers who help us.

We need a variety of volunteer assistance on MONDAY, OCTOBER 14, 2019. Most support is required from 7:30a - 10:30a.
Adult and high school or middle school student volunteers are welcome. Students in Grade 5 or under must be accompanied by an adult.
