The North Carolina English Teachers Association is pleased to invite you to exhibit at the 2022 Fall Conference in Greensboro, NC. The conference will be held on October 27-28 at the Embassy Suites Hilton. Please see our website for more detailed information.
Program Advertisement: This year we are pleased to offer sponsors who are unable to attend the conference to have the opportunity to publish either a half page or full page ad in our program as well as the opportunity to have promotional materials distributed in bags that will be handed out to all participants.
Sponsorship Fee: A half page ad sponsorship (no larger than 4 inches by 5 inches) and distribution of promotional materials (no larger than 12 inches by 19 inches so that it fits in our giveaway bags) is $100. A full page ad sponsorship (no larger than 5 inches by 8 inches) and distribution of promotional materials (no larger than 12 inches by 19 inches so that it fits in our giveaway bags) is $175. Logos will also be published on our conference webpage and acknowledged in participant e-mails.
Conference Registration: Conference registration is not included in the sponsorship fee.
Character of Promotional Materials: Products and/or services related to the educational and professional development of conference participants are suitable for exhibition. The conference exhibit management reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit which, in their judgment, is not suitable to or in keeping with the character of the exhibition. The primary purpose of the exhibits is to show and demonstrate wares or services that can be used by teachers and support/administrative personnel in the conduct of classroom and internal/external laboratory activities.
Registration Deadline: Registration and payment must be received by October 25 to insure that your organization's ad can be placed and your materials can be mailed.
