2023-2024 Car Rider Tag Survey
This year our transportation plan for Shawswick Elementary will be the same as last year. Bus riders will be dropped off in the front of the school, and our car riders will be dropped off and picked up at the back of the school by the Upper Gym.  In order to help keep students safe and get them to the correct locations, we will be using a number system for families.  Please fill out the below information to receive your “car tag” that will help with dismissal. This would only be needed if you plan for your child to be a car rider at Shawswick Elementary.

If you have a tag from last year, we will continue to use that number.  Please fill this out ONLY for NEW car riders for the 2023-2024 school year.  If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at 812-279-3115.
