As part of my project, I would like to know about household composting habits, needs and desires and barriers faced by households who want to compost. Organic waste on average accounts for 40% of the public waste causing the release of toxic gases once disposed of in a landfill. If diverted from the landfill and properly composted, this organic waste can make a valuable nutrient-rich soil for plants and gardens.

Please note the following,
