Please read the following information regarding onsite camping at Meridian Sports Park and Sandhills Community League.
1. The Renter is fully responsible to ensure all campers are aware of the camping terms and conditions.
2. Overnight camping is permitted in the designated camping area only.
3. The camping area is non-serviced. Use of generators is permitted between 8 am and 10 pm only.
4. Use designated fire pits only - do not move fire pits! Fires must be small, supervised, and extinguished after each use. Fires are not permitted if fire bans are in effect.
5. Firewood is not supplied.
6. Do not burn wood pallets, painted wood, or wood with nails in fire pits.
7. Propane fire pits are permitted.
8. Washrooms will be open but must be kept clean. No shower facilities on site.
9. Parkland Softball Association and facility owner are not liable for any damages, lost or theft of renter’s property.
Meridian Sports Park is limited to 20 units.
Sandhills Community League can accommodate up to 40 units based on sizes registered.
Both locations are non-serviced sites, without onsite access to potable water, generators welcome.
Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. Each individual site is $65, for the whole weekend. You will be contacted with a registration confirmation and payment request once your registration is submitted.
Sites in both locations will be marked. Groups registering together will be assigned sites together.
Check-in begins Friday, May 16, 2025 at TBA - Depending on game times. We are unable to accommodate earlier arrivals.
Check-out Monday, May 19, 2025 by noon.
Please leave pets at home! As per Parkland County policy, pets are not permitted at these facilities.
In order to continue offering on-site camping in the future we ask that campers be respectful and leave the space in the same condition as when you arrived.
Only use the 3 available firepits and DO NOT move firepits. Campers are responsible for obeying any fire bans in place. Personal propane firepits permitted.
On-site washroom facilities will be available.
Vehicles must be parked in the parking lot and not left in the camping area.
Sites must be left clean and free of garbage.
Sandhills Community League
There is one central firepit available for use. Campers are responsible for obeying any fire bans in place. Personal propane firepits permitted.
On-site washroom facilities will be available during the day and locked at night.
Vehicles may need to be parked in the parking lot depending on number of campers registered.
Sites must be left clean and free of garbage.
