Student Shadowing Survey
High school or undergraduate college students interested in the possibility of shadowing with a therapist at Associates in Pediatric Therapy must complete the following survey before you can be scheduled for shadowing hours. We are not able to accommodate students for more than 20 hours of direct shadowing. Students requesting more than 20 hours may apply for a student internship position with APT.

Student scheduling is primarily coordinated on Mondays and Fridays each week. If you do not hear back within one week of submitting this survey, please feel free to email students@kidtherapy.org to follow up!
