Hospice & Community Care's Grow Through Grief Family Series                 
We extend heart felt sympathy for your loss and hope this time together will be meaningful for your family. Families will be able to participate in age appropriate activities with others who have experienced similar losses and learn about personal grief expression.  For ages 6-12 and their parents/caregivers. Participants will be divided up by age for part of the program.  

Each session will follow the same format but feature a different theme.  You may attend all sessions or just one or two.
