This year we are asking that you do not wrap the gifts but either put them in gift bags or provide the wrapping paper. This allows the families to be more involved with the holiday experience. Please label with Family # on each bag/box of gifts and then Child # or Parent/Guardian # (if more than one) on each item or bag for that family member.
Our cut-off date for our clients to submit their gift requests is November 15th. We do anticipate that we will have some late requests from people who are not our clients, but are still in need of holiday gift help. If you are willing to be an "emergency" sponsor in case a late request comes in, or if you are willing to donate a $100 gift card to some place where a family could purchase their own gifts last minute (Wal-Mart, Target, Amazon, etc), please let us know.
We have already established our gift drop off dates.
Sunday, December 5th from 2pm - 4pm
Tuesday, December 7th from 8am - 3pm
Friday, December 10th from 12pm - 4pm
If none of these work for you please let us know and we are happy to arrange another time to meet you. The drop off location is at BSCSC (51 S East St, Bellbrook) behind the building at the awning that separates the two schools.
