Note: This is only a pre-registration form. The PPP Center's Capacity Building Division will still process the submissions from interested participants.

Please note that the deadline for pre-registration is TWO WEEKS before the indicated schedule of the conduct. The training team shall only send the registration confirmation via email to participants who registered prior to the deadline.

This pre-registration form is open to all implementing agencies (only) who are interested to enroll in the following e-Learning modules:
  1. The Philippine PPP Program 
  2. PPP Concepts
  3. Institutional Readiness in Implementing PPPs 
  4. Selecting a good project for PPP

Course Description
This e-Learning course covers the following modules which aims to equip participants with basic knowledge on PPPs in the Philippines.
  • Module 1 covers discussion on the Philippine PPP program, and the mandate of PPP Center. 
  • Module 2 covers discussion on PPP concepts and private sector participation in PPPs.
  • Module 3 will discuss key criteria for PPP projects, and key initial tasks, and roles and responsibilities of implementing agencies in undertaking PPPs. 
  • Module 4 covers discussion on the steps in PPP project identification, screening and prioritization, and PPP project life cycle.
This self-paced training requires fast and reliable internet connection to complete the modules in the Learning Management System.
Participants
All Implementing Agencies: National Government Agencies (NGAs), Local Government Units (LGUs), Government-owned and controlled corporations (GOCCs), government instrumentalities with corporate powers (GICPs), government financial institutions (GFIs), and state universities and colleges (SUCs).
Instructions and Data Privacy Guideline
All information provided herein shall be kept private and confidential by the PPP Center and shall be used solely for legal purposes as mandated by the Data Privacy Act and other relevant laws. Videos and pictures taken during the event may also be used in PPP Center’s promotional and publicity materials.
