Do you know an individual, team, organization, or business in Pierce County who has an extraordinary ability to make children and families feel encouraged, uplifted, and supported? If so, nominate them today for the 2022 Champions for Children Award! This award is intended to recognize people, groups, or businesses who are committed to building systems and programs that support all children and families, especially those impacted by systemic oppression and who make a distinct difference in the lives of children and families around them. Nominees may include a dedicated volunteer, a grocery store employee, a family-friendly business, or a crossing guard who always goes the extra mile to show they care in unique and meaningful ways; anyone or any group that makes a difference in your community!

Nominations will be accepted until JUNE 30th. Up to 5 nominees will be selected as Champions for Children and recognized with a surprise award between September and November 2022.
