- No Cancellation or No back out once you have submitted this form. Any type of cancellation will result to non-refundable assistance fee — cancellation before ticketing, cancellation during ticketing, was able to secure first or for any other reasons.
- Please keep in mind that our ticketing assistance DOES NOT GUARANTEE a ticket since we’ll also be purchasing the tickets online like everybody else. But rest assured that we'll try our best in securing your desired seats, until the organizers announce that it is already sold out.
- All tickets will be secured based on the submission timestamp. Our admins will be securing simultaneously, but take note that securing time may differ per client. Some tickets may also not be accessible in the first 5-10 minutes of ticket sales. Rest assured that we will always refresh on our end till we get your priority ticket.
- Cancellation, delay of the show, or any problems that may occur AFTER successful ticket purchasing is out of our control.
- We don’t provide any IDs to avoid identity theft, you may check #kth2730_feedbacks or our pinned tweet for our client’s feedback // past ticketing assistance.
- Expect delayed responses during ticket sales as we focus on securing your ticket.

- Always send a screenshot of your receipt as a proof of sending the fees.
- Any problems that may occur on client's end during the ticketing (i.e unresponsive about the confirmation code for payment which resulted to tickets being sent back for purchase etc.) will result to non-refundable fee of the whole assistance fee.

- Log in thru the ticketing site using your account.
- Secure your desired seats.
- Proceed to payment.
- Provide the needed details for payment of the tickets.
- Standby for authentication code (if needed).
- Secured Tickets ✅
- Check your account for confirmation/e-ticket/voucher 🫶
• Assistance fee and the online fee is per ticket.
• The assistance fee will be based on your first choice / priority ticket.

MOP for the tickets: YOUR OWN GCASH/CC/MAYA (if available) (hence, you must be willing to provide the needed details for payment)
