IN ORDER TO PROCESS FOR THE BEGINNING OF THE 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR, SUBMISSION DEADLINE IS JULY 26, 2024. REQUESTS RECEIVED AFTER JULY 26, 2024, WILL BE PROCESSED IN THE ORDER RECEIVED. HOWEVER, REQUESTS RECEIVED AFTER BUS ROUTE PLANNING HAS BEGUN ARE NOT GUARANTEED BY THE START OF THE 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR, AND SERVICE MAY BE DELAYED UNTIL SEPTEMBER 3, 2024.
- Only one student named per form
- After September 3, 2024, Transportation Requests must be received in the Transportation Department at least three business days prior to the requested start date
- Receipt of this request by the Transportation Department does NOT guarantee approval
- Parents will be notified of the approval or denial
- If approved, the requested arrangements are your child's PERMANENT ROUTING ASSIGNMENT
- Future changes require submission of a new Transportation Request for processing
