UCM Pocket Pantry Volunteer Interest Form
Are you interested in becoming more involved with volunteer opportunities on campus? Are you interested in becoming a volunteer for the United Campus Ministries Pocket Pantry? If interested, please fill out the form, with all the dates and times that you would be available to volunteer. To more effectively serve UH students and run the UCM Pocket Pantry, we hope to get volunteers as often as possible! Please note that we are open every Thursday from 10am-6pm, except the first week of classes, spring break, and finals week.

We are currently looking for volunteers who can help stock the pantry, open the pantry, and monitor the pantry. More information regarding individual volunteer roles is below.
  • Pocket pantry stockers help stock new inventory in the pocket pantry and are needed on Wednesdays.
  • Pocket pantry openers help open the pantry by filling and starting the coffee pot, putting out any left over food from the fridge, etc. Openers are needed on Thursday mornings from 9:45-10:15am.
  • Pocket pantry monitors help ensure the pantry is running smoothly throughout the day. Monitors help ensure the pantry is tidy, restock as needed, welcome guests, introduce new guests to the pantry, and check guests out of the pantry. Monitors are needed throughout the day on Thursdays in 2 hour blocks.
