• While I am willing to help in any way I can, please know that my knowledge may be limited. If I am unfamiliar with the technology you describe, I may point you to another (and hopefully better) resource than myself.
• Bring any online user IDs, user names, email addresses, and passwords with you. This is extremely important as I may have to have you retrieve some information from a computer. For example, not everything can be done via a cell phone, such as printing, so I may have you pull it up on the computer instead. So be sure to come prepared.
• Please bring any information and/or material that you think will be helpful when it comes to your specified device.
• This is not a repair service of any kind. I am not a technician and do not deal with hardware repairs and/or damages. However, I will be more than happy to help you find someone who can take care of this.
• Please note that the time of this appointment will be limited to a half hour. Due to other appointments or duties, I may have to table the rest of our work at that moment and schedule another appointment with you to complete the work.
