ESF Discovery College Work Experience | June 17-21, 2024

Calling all forward-thinking companies and organisations!
At ESF Discovery College, we are dedicated to extending education beyond the traditional classroom setting. We are currently seeking dynamic partnerships for our upcoming work experience program, scheduled for June 17-21. As part of our EDGE framework, this one-week work experience is designed to cultivate Experience, Development, Growth, and Exploration in our students.

Partnership Opportunity
We invite you to support young people by offering one-week, internship-style work experiences to our students. By welcoming a student into your organization, you are contributing to their holistic development and providing a glimpse into the professional world.  

What We Look For in a Partner
We are looking for companies and organizations that can commit to the following: 
🌟 Mentorship: Allow students to job shadow and collaborate with seasoned professionals. 
🌟 Engagement: Engage students with meaningful tasks or projects that leverage their skills. 
🌟 Feedback: Offer constructive insights to foster student development and strength recognition.

Insurance
Insurance is not to be a concern or barrier.  Students will be covered under the English Schools Foundation's Group Personal Accident Policy.
