AiOP 2024: CARE  – Volunteer Questionnaire
Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Art in Odd Places 2024: CARE ! We'd love to welcome you to the team. 

Art in Odd Places (AiOP) is a 19 year old NYC volunteer-run organization. We rely on our community to make Art in Odd Places happen, keep it collegial, fun and full of teamwork, so all can have a fabulous NYC AiOP Festival. 

This questionnaire allows us to collect your contact info, learn a bit about your background, and get some scheduling information so we can find the best spot for you on the volunteer team.

VOLUNTEER MEETING!
JOIN THE AIOP COMMUNITY. MEET THE TEAM AND FELLOW VOLUNTEERS FOR CARE.
Are you available for a virtual Volunteer Orientation meeting on September 15th @ 5pm? This virtual meeting will last for roughly an hour and will allow the volunteer team to meet and get to know each other, be assigned volunteer roles, learn about responsibilities during the festival, and generally get prepped for the Festival. We'd love to have as many people as possible in the meeting!  Anyone unable to attend in person will be able to watch a recording and get a copy of meeting notes.

VOLUNTEER HOURS!
We hope for a big fun engaged family of volunteers! Our theme is CARE. Volunteers play a big role in CARE - for the artists, for the Festival, and for the Team. There is no minimum or maximum amount of shifts you need to volunteer for - any amount is a huge help! 

What days and shifts are you able to work during the festival? The days are divided into 3-hour shifts. Check as many options as you are available.  If you aren't available for a full shift please select whichever most closely matches your availability and/or use the "Other" option to give days/times you are available or blackout times when you are not. Does not need to be exact - all will be confirmed later.
