Confirmation Registration 2021-2022
Confirmation Formation will consist of 4 weekly sessions and a Friday/Saturday (non overnight) retreat.  These sessions will be offered in the fall and in the winter.  Please fill out this form to register for confirmation and to choose which session you'd like to participate in.

Fall Session
Wednesday November 3:     8-9pm
Wednesday November 10:   8-9pm
RETREAT: Friday November 12 (6-9pm) AND Saturday November 13 (9am-6pm)
Wednesday November 17:  8-9pm
Wednesday December 1:           8-9pm


Winter Session
Wednesday February 2:    8-9pm
Wednesday February 9:    8-9pm
RETREAT: Friday February 11 (6-9pm) AND Saturday February 12 (9am-6pm)
Wednesday February 16         8-9pm
Wednesday February 23         8-9pm

Student are required to attend all 4 weekly sessions and the weekend retreat.
