Enrollment Information for 2024-25 Financial Aid Application

Dear Student:

Please complete the form below. Students enrolled in our MSN and MN programs must enroll in at least 4.5 credit hours (half-time) each semester (fall and spring) to receive federal student loans. Students enrolled in our postmasters DNP program must enroll in a minimum of 3 credit hours. All graduate students enrolled in the summer semester must enroll in a minimum of 3 credit hours. Therefore, you must be as accurate as possible. Students enrolled in all intensive courses and courses required to complete a post-masters certificate are not eligible for federal student loans.

Along with this form, you must:

Complete the 2024-25 FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) at https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa.
Complete the online Case Financial Aid Application using the My Financial Aid link at http://financialaid.case.edu/
