Reservation Request Form 2025+
This is a questionnaire to help us better understand the needs of your event. This begins our reservation process, but this form DOES NOT constitute a completed reservation.  You must have a representative from your group come in during open office hours, posted at bssl.binghamtonsa.org,  and sign a contract at minimum 2 weeks prior to the requested event date in order to avoid late fees. Filling out this form will NOT prevent late fees.

This form has multiple pages but don't worry! This is a 5 minute form (if that). We just have pages to make sure we only get the information needed and don't waste your time :)
